Based on the provisions of the Law Regulating Insurance Business No. (10) of 2005, Article (18), to fulfill the legal conditions for renewing companies’ licenses and the instructions for granting a license to practice insurance and reinsurance businesses No. (8) of 2006, it was decided as follows:

1_ Renewal of Gulf Insurance Company’s license numbered (5) on 12/7/2004 for the period from 4/21/2024 until 4/20/2025.

2_ Renewal of Dar Al-Thiqa Insurance Company’s license for the period from 3/15/2024 until 3/14/2025.

3_ After removing the reasons for the liquidation procedures and correcting its conditions… Diwan decided to stop the liquidation procedures and enable Albatek Insurance Company to resume its activity in the field of direct insurance only.
