The Insurance Bureau announces the legal status of the companies below…

First, based on the provisions of Article (18) of Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 10 of 2005, and given that they have met the legal requirements, it has been decided to renew the licenses of the companies listed below to practice (general insurance and all its branches) as follows:

A – Dar Al-Thiqa Insurance Company for the period from March 15, 2025 to March 15, 2026.

B – Al Hamra Insurance Company for the period from March 26, 2025 to March 26, 2026

C – Al Sharq Insurance Company for the period from

April 26, 2025 to April 26, 2026

D – Gulf Insurance Company for the period from

April 21, 2025 to April 21, 2026

Second: Given the fulfillment of the conditions required for renewing the expert license granted to experts, as specified in Article (7/Second) of the Instructions for Registering Inspection, Loss Assessment, and Settlement Experts No. (12) of 2008, it has been decided to renew the license to practice the work of an expert in inspection, loss assessment, and settlement. The license will be valid for two years. The following individuals are:

– Expert Muhammad Hussain Jassim / General Insurance and all its branches.

– Expert Abdul Halim Abdul Habib / Fire.
