The Insurance Bureau’s headquarters witnessed the elections for the Association of Insurers and Reinsurers on Wednesday, held in the Abdul-Baqi Reda Hall, amid an atmosphere characterized by transparency and a high sense of responsibility among the participants. The new members of the association were elected in accordance with the provisions of the Association of Insurers and Reinsurers’ Bylaws No. 1 of 2024.

Participants emphasized the importance of this step in strengthening joint work and developing cooperation mechanisms between insurance companies, serving the interests of the insurance sector in Iraq and enhancing the level of professional and institutional performance.

The President of the Insurance Bureau also congratulated the members who won the confidence of the members, wishing them success in their new duties. She affirmed the Bureau’s support for all initiatives that enhance the integration of efforts among insurance institutions and achieve common goals.
