Based on the directives of the esteemed Head of the Diwan, a delegation of Diwan employees visited the Basra Governorate building on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. A meeting was held with the Director of the Contracts Department and his esteemed assistant. A second meeting was also held with the Assistant Director of the Accounts Department and the department’s employees specializing in insurance work. The meetings addressed the clarification of some important matters related to various types of insurance documents and the mechanism of the electronic insurance platform for engineering insurance documents, which the Diwan is currently implementing. Questions and inquiries submitted by attendees were also answered. It was agreed to hold workshops and training sessions related to insurance document work and to enhance the level of cooperation between the Diwan and the Governorate.
