Under the direction of Her Excellency the Minister of Finance, Ms. Taif Sami Mohammed, and under the supervision of Ms. Israa Saleh Dawood, President of the Insurance Bureau, and as part of its efforts to develop the insurance sector and enhance public confidence, the Insurance Bureau announced the completion of a draft Code of Professional Conduct for Insureds. This code aims to ensure fairness and transparency in the provision of services.

The Bureau’s President explained that these rules include clear obligations for insurance companies, most notably the accurate disclosure of information and adherence to ethical standards in dealing with insureds. She emphasized that their implementation will contribute to creating a fair and stable insurance environment that serves the interests of all parties.
