The company was established on 6/19/2000 under the certificate numbered 7423 issued by the Ministry of Commerce/National Companies Registration Department with a capital of 500,000,000 dinars, five hundred million Iraqi dinars, fully paid. It was increased to 7,000,000,000 dinars, seven billion Iraqi dinars. The Registrar of Companies was approached according to the company’s letter No. 20 on 2/17/2020 to take the necessary action.

The company established its first branch in Basra Governorate, which began its activity on February 1, 2002, by producing and issuing various insurance coverages.
