Al-Amin Insurance Company was established pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation No. 7607 on 7/31/2000 with a capital of (150) million Iraqi dinars (increased several times until it became two billion dinars fully paid. In 2014, 50% of the capital was capitalized and became three billion Iraqi dinars. In 2015, 13.67% of the capital was capitalized, and in 2017, 12% of the capital amounting to 3410100000 dinars was capitalized, and the increase amounting to 409412000 was taken from the undistributed net profit reserve, and it has now become 3819312000 dinars.
