Based on the provisions of the Law Regulating Insurance Business No. (10) of 2005, Article (18), to fulfill the legal conditions for renewing companies’ licenses, the instructions for granting a license to practice insurance and reinsurance businesses No. (8) of 2006, and the provisions of Article (6) of the instructions for licensing the insurance broker and organizing his work and responsibilities. No. (10) of 2006 decided the following:                                                   

1_ Renewal of the Or International Insurance Company’s license for the period from 1/3/2024 until 1/2/2025.  

2_ Renewal of Elaf Insurance Company’s license for the period from 4/24/2024 until 4/23/2025.

3_ Renewal of CAR Insurance Company’s license for the period from 4/24/2024 until 4/23/2025.

It was also decided to renew the license of Ard Al-Rafidain Insurance Brokerage Company for the period from 4/21/2024 until 4/20/2025.
