It was reported to the Insurance Bureau that there is a company bearing the name (Osoul Insurance Brokerage Company) that practices insurance brokerage business in Iraq and is not licensed by our Bureau. This is considered a violation of the text of Article (76) of the Insurance Business Regulatory Law No. (10) of 2005, which stipulates that (no Any person may practice the work of an insurance broker or reinsurance broker except after obtaining a license from the Bureau in accordance with the conditions determined by its president through instructions issued for this purpose, which include regulating his business, determining his responsibility, procedures and requirements for his license, and the required qualifications.

Therefore, it is necessary not to deal with this company, otherwise the insurance companies and brokerage companies will bear all legal consequences.
