1- Based on the provisions of Article 17 of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 10 of 2005 and the Instructions for Granting a License to Practice Insurance and Reinsurance Business No. 8 of 2006. Granting Al Qabas Insurance Company a license to practice general insurance business, which will be effective from the date of its publication in two widely circulated daily newspapers for two consecutive times.

2- It is decided to lift the suspension of the license of the Iraqi Union Company after correcting its legal status based on the provisions of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 10 of 2005 and its instructions.

3- It is decided to renew the license of Dar Al Salam Insurance Company for a period of one year starting from (5/31/2024) until (5/30/2025).

4- It is decided to suspend the license of Zain Insurance Company for violating the provisions of Article (2/Second/D/3) of the Instructions for the Basics of Investment of Insured Funds No. (6) of 2006.

5- It was decided to renew the license of Marsh Middle East Insurance Brokerage Company for a period of one year for the period from (9/23/2025) to (9/22/2024).
