With the launch of the Iraqi National Health Insurance Platform for the purpose of providing insurance coverage for expatriates and visitors in accordance with the provisions of Health Insurance Law No. 22 of 2020.

Insurance companies registered with the Health Insurance Authority and others that will be registered with the Authority must conduct insurance exclusively through the above platform and adhere to the health insurance document model approved by the Bureau in terms of conditions, benefits and premiums. Otherwise, strict legal measures will be taken against the violating company.
