In an effort to promote transparency and respond to citizens’ concerns, the Insurance Bureau’s Chairperson, Ms. Israa Saleh, held a public session to follow up on complaints filed against insurance companies. This session was in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Finance and within the Bureau’s approved weekly schedule.

During the session, complaints received from citizens were heard. The Bureau’s Chairperson directed insurance companies to take the necessary measures to resolve compensation cases without any undue delay, in accordance with the applicable law and regulations, ensuring simplified and expedited procedures.

This move comes within the framework of the Bureau’s ongoing efforts to guarantee citizens’ rights and enhance confidence in the insurance system through effective oversight and prompt response to complaints and concerns.
