Israa Saleh Dawoud, chaired a meeting on Monday morning that included the authorized director of the Iraqi Insurance Association, the representative of the National Company, the representative of the Iraqi Insurance Company, the representative of the Iraqi Reinsurance Company, and the representative of Al-Hamra Insurance Company.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><br><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-right\">He discussed the study of Al-Hamra Insurance Company\u2019s proposal to establish a parallel fund to compensate beneficiaries of car accidents and stated their legal and
