The agenda included a review of the minutes of the previous meeting and achievements, as well as an evaluation of the Bureau&#8217;s performance in terms of simplifying procedures. The need to prepare a unified form for granting insurance business licenses to companies, along with the introduction of a special seal, was also emphasized. It was also important to follow up on the electronic archiving work of departments that have not yet been completed. The technical department was tasked with preparing the first questionnaire (customer satisfaction) in the performance of insurance companies, especially with regard to settling compensation claims, and a questionnaire on the performance and evaluation of the Insurance Bureau. In the same context, it was agreed to withdraw the wall publications and replace them with dedicated display screens. The Maintenance and Services Division was tasked with installing screens in coordination with the Information Technology Department in a manner consistent with the Bureau&#8217;s institutional
